Scott Corley

President and Partner

Scott Corley is a highly respected leader in government affairs with nearly 30 years of experience working for and with Fortune 50 companies, major trade associations, industry coalitions, as well as the United States House of Representatives and Senate. His expertise encompasses a broad spectrum of federal practice areas, including emerging technologies, appropriations, procurement policy, STEM workforce development, tax reform, healthcare, and trade. During his tenure on Capitol Hill, Scott served as a senior advisor to the Senate Republican High Tech Task Force and the Chairman of the Senate Commerce Science, Technology, and Space Subcommittee. At Microsoft, he managed advocacy initiatives related to antitrust, cloud computing, intellectual property, and regulatory policy. Scott is a regular industry speaker and holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University and a Master’s degree in Economics from Johns Hopkins University.

Terri Kokinda

Executive Vice President and Partner

Terri Kokinda has more than 30 years of experience in government relations, fundraising, and strategic communications. She has served in key leadership positions within Intel Government Affairs, including as lead Republican lobbyist and political director, where she managed political engagement for senior Intel executives and the company’s 100k+ employees. In addition to her client work, Terri serves as the CEO of the Semiconductor Supply Chain Alliance of America, focusing on policy issues affecting the U.S. semiconductor industry. Earlier in her career, she was Chief of Staff to multiple mayors in Cape May, NJ. Terri is widely recognized for her effective policy strategies and her strong bipartisan relationships with members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate, and senior administration officials.

Rebecca Peters Corley

Executive Vice President and Partner

Rebecca Peters brings more than 25 years of expertise in government affairs and innovation policy, having served as Director of Government Affairs at Samsung Electronics America and as Vice President of Public Policy at Worldwide ERC®. She has been instrumental in shaping and advancing major technology legislation, including the CHIPS Act, and has provided critical guidance on STEM and international policy to four federal administrations. Earlier in her career, Rebecca directed public policy initiatives at the Society for Human Resource Management.  She began her professional journey at the Department of Justice and holds both a J.D. and an M.P.A. from Syracuse University. Widely recognized as an authority in STEM education, workforce development, and immigration reform, Rebecca is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences.

Kasey Pipes

Executive Vice President and Partner

Kasey Pipes is a highly regarded media relations and federal policy professional, bringing 30+ years of experience collaborating with major corporations, US business leaders, and prominent elected officials. Before entering the private sector, Kasey served in key communications roles for both President George W. Bush and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and authored the 2004 National Republican Party Platform. On Capitol Hill, he counseled former House Appropriations Chairwoman Kay Granger. In his current role, Kasey directs media outreach for numerous national campaigns and has secured client coverage in leading media outlets, including The New York Times, CNN, and Fox News. Kasey is a distinguished historian and author, having published critically acclaimed books on Eisenhower and Nixon, and holds degrees from Abilene Christian University, Johns Hopkins University, and Harvard University.

Lindel Waclawski

Vice President of Government Relations

Lindel Waclawski brings a decade of comprehensive experience in government relations, public policy, and advocacy, with key advisory roles in both the public and private sectors. Previously with Intel Corp, Lindel managed executive engagement, PAC operations, and compliance initiatives under the public sector team. Prior to Intel, Lindel worked for the Chairman of the Republican National Committee, collaborating with key congressional leaders and campaign officials on political strategy. In her current role, Lindel leads client engagement, building bipartisan relationships, leading successful advocacy campaigns, and enhancing client visibility across federal agencies and congressional offices. Lindel earned her bachelor’s degree from Wofford College in South Carolina.
